I have purchased a new mobile samsung wave Model No. GT S 8500 GAAINAS SI No. RUG[protected] Date of purchase :[protected] from nandini telecom jamnagar gujarat. within four month of purchase new mobile my mobile is out of order 1. No ring tone while receiving a incoming call 2. No sound while palying a songs and video clips and songs such problem before a week but at that time doing switch off and switch on mobile sound problem is ok but this time i have submitted to service centre Diya communication 101, jyot tower, opp. town hall jamngar gujarat work order No. WA [protected] service centre person said circuit of this mobile is to be replased and it will take 4-5 days i demand sumsang company to provide me a new mobile of same model Dear i have used all company's mobile no such problem i have face and it is surprised for me that samsung such a big company's mobile is out of order Was this information helpful? | |||
