[Resolved]  Samsung — Customer Care is Pathetic and is just an eyewash to fool customer

This is just to show that SAMSUNG doesn't have any ethical values and they are only interested in their sales and don't have any ethical values for post sales service and even when the product is under warranty. They always want to delude their responsibility in the pretext of one thing or other.....

Beware dont buy any samsumg product.

Kudos to you all for not responding to mails even after reminders and calls......!


We all know that if something goes wrong then onus is always on the customer.... as he have already paid and now there could be recourse.


As iterated and reiterated to your officials on customer care via Phone / E mail,,,, ppl understand but are help less as they don't feel any ethical responsibility or accountability for what they have committed.


Again the crux of the grievance is mentioned hereunder to deaf ears and blind eyes so that they can open up and an esteem organisation like samsung is not blamed for such unethical game in the name of services and also it is not expected to be like this in case of SAMSUNG.

" Dear Sir,

I had been using many of the appliance of Samsung including Handsets, Washing
Machine etc. and being a regular consumer of Samsung in various form (In
service/Goods).

This case is in regard with one samsung mobile which had been purchased in the
month of September 2010. Recently after using the for 5 months it showed
decofiguration in its touch pad and was not working properly.


I immediately presented the monbile to your Service Centre at Patel Nagar, Delhi

and after inspection (2nd week of March'2011) they told about the touch pad to
be replaced under warranty. However, they returned Cellphone citing the reason
for taking out Phone book as it might get lost during the repair. I tried to get

the phonebook but due to non working of touch pad it was impossible to get the

same.

I visited again the same service centre and produced the set for changing the
Touch pad which was under warranty and was promised to change as earlier. They
refused and told that this time some water log has been seen in the set and this

in no more under warranty.

1. In first case of reporting the set, it was assured and accepted by Service
centre that the set would be repaired under warranty should be hounoured as the
same was retuned by staff in the pretext of retreiving of Phonebook by customer.

2. Customer should not be harassed in the pretext of policy. If policy states
that warranty is void now then the part which was to be changed during primary
visit when warranty was intact should be replace free of cost and any deficiency

if any found due to water logging may be charged but this request is also denied

by your intelligent staff.

Kindly look into the matter and resolve the same and repair/replace the handset
at the earliest."
