Samsung — Worst service center | |

Few months ago had a problem with my Samsung LCD Tv.Sometimes video goes blank while audio is good.(Not every time).CC executive came and informed that tv should taken to their center.They taken to their.After 1 week they returned and no problem for 2 weeks with a cost of RS 2500.After that the same problem started.But we discarded.A month ago the same complaint happened,myself took the set to thier office.They gave me a work order form and told me that they will inform me.But nothing happened..I called them they told excuses about the availablity of smps.Till the date they didnot inform me anything.I called 3-4 times but no Hope!!They are not sure about the complaint.I ve never seen such a worst Cervice Center. My name is Subhadip Ghosh. I am from Burdwan, West Bengal. I bought a phone from snapdeal (GALAXY S DUOS2). Its earphone and charger damaged in few days... I am not happy with the co operation and service. First time they are holding the phone and saying that they doesn't have the spare part. Then next time I inquire. The same item another person and the result was like they have the item and told that service center is shifting .. even knowing am waiting here for the same item and without any result... such a waste of time and customer Service. Service Center name is S P Infotech ... Such a pathetic service...
