The owner of this tour operator was introduced to me by my brother. Had given booking for a tour of Kodaikanal & Munnar for a honeymoon couple. Entire tour package amount was paid in advance. Tour was so booked that the couples had to spend more time on road rather than at the place of visits. Irony is that for the first time came across 10 am to 10 am check out - a new concept never heard of from this tour operator.

Places of visit given in the schedule were bogus and the driver sent kept saying that nothing in that place why do want to visit. Operator had no clue on the travel routes as well.

When asked to explain this mess , is been avoiding calls and collected the full money through the driver. But maintains that its not his mistake.

My only concern is that no one else should fall prey to this character's duping drama !
