SANDHI SUDHA — bad distribution

Dear sir/madam,
I am thorroughly disappointed with your product distribution/supply system. I wanted to order Sandhi Sudha and called the phone number mentioned for Hyderabad. People on the other side told me that they were located at AS Rao Nagar, Hyderabad. I did not finish ordering during that call. After a few days I received several calls from several different numbers asking me whether I was interested in the product Sandhi Sudha. I formally ordered the product to the first of these callers and told all the later callers that I already finished ordering. Every later caller was asking me for my shipping address. I was telling them that There was no need of giving my address as I had already finished ordering. Each of the new caller was saying that they were from a call center working for Sandhi Sudha manufacturers. They were trying to pretend that the the call center staff who called me earlier did not update my address on the computer or there was a problem in the system. I reluctantly, angrily and after expressing my displeasure obliged to repeat the whole process of dictating my address every time.
After a pause for a few days, there was a call informing me that the product arrived and they need my address . My impatience reached its peak and I asked them why they needed my address when I updated it so many times. The caller told me that he was a dealer lacated at Dilsukhnagagar of Hyderabad and the call center which booked my order did not give him my address . Though I was thorroughly irritated by the unprofessional state of affairs, I obliged to give him my address. The product was not delivered during the next three days for which I stayed home. There were again calls after a few days, when I was out of station on a week long trip with my family. I gave them the date onwhich I was returning and asked them to make the delivery after that. There was no impact of this informing the date there were repeated calls all through my trip. Today, again there was a call. Again, they were asking for my address. For every expression of annoyment of annoyment/surprise at this bad state of affairs, the repeated stock answer from all the callers is "there is a problem with our 'system' (probably meaning computer )".I obliged to give the landmark once again.
I am waiting to use and see the efficacy of your product.But before that your product booking and delivering system is sure to create new market for you, because it is sure to create new health problems to those who order your products.
I am really sorry about this state of affairs. Nowadays when technology provides all the help for a networking of the database of orders, such an irritating system in an organization with such a big turnover is reallty astonishing.
