Ineffective Product

I am from Maryland USA, 1.) They bungled my order , I had to call several times in USA and India, It took three monts to get the product.
2.) They claimed that the oil cures/eases pain. Nothing happened. It is all Bogus The product should be banned to protect other users in USA.11789
