NOT A GOOD RESULT OF PRPODUCT

I PURCHASE A PRODUCT (OIL FOR PAIN ) RELEIF FOR MY MOTHER COMPANY PROMISES IF U NOT GET GOOD RESULT WE REFUND UR MONEY .BUT NOW COMPANY DOESNT FULL FILL ITS PROMISES .AND ONE THING MORE I CANT RECEVD BILL FROM COMPANY .
