material not recieved

i have ordered sandhi sudha and made the payment online but i havent recieved the oil till now.
ORDER ID is 2537 and the order was placed on 17th march till now i didnt recieve any call from the company representative regarding the delivery of the product.

i have purchased Sandhi Shudha vide order no SSUP-12618 almost 20days back and i was told that the material already despatched to the consignee address and will reach within a week but even after 10 days from the order when i did not receive the good then sent a mail about the status of delivery but i did not receive any response from then and after that i sent almost ten mail but there is no response from them. The mail address i got for enquiry is deepika.jamhoria@telemartnetworks.com.
Could anybody confirmed whether the company is fraud? i have ordered the good after seen the advertisement in TV. How to complaint in consumer forum? Please write to abijitdeb_289@yahoo.com
