[Resolved]  Sandhi Sudha Plus — No Refund of Money

Sir,
Most painfully I am bound to type a complaint here against the service of Saptarishi Herbals, India, relating to its most widely advertised product "Sandhi Sudha Plus" with Money Back offer within 15 days o[censored]se in case of no positive results.
I have been delivered the product on 15th September 2012, very promptly, that is, immediately the next day of my order. As the magic effect of Sandhi Sudha Plus is being widely advertised even by one of my close associates, I bought it for my wife, who had been suffering from shoulder joint pains for a couple of months then. After application of the oil for around 10 days, no improvement was observed and as directed by the person I talked on the Customer Care number, I returned the packet back to their Indore address on 28th September 2012, which they received probably on 3rd of October 2012.
After the receipt of the article back, they complained upon me in their own ways regarding the quantity and number of days of the use (less used) and the time within which the product should be returned to avail Money Back offer (15 days). However, I could establish that I was not in any way in fault and they finally accepted the return.
After all this, no information regarding the refund of money was intimated to me from their end and neither I received any money from them till date. The customer care number also gives a busy tone whenever I tried to contact them hence.
I do hereby lodge my complaints against Saptarishi Herbals looking forward to getting a positive redressal of my grievance soon.
