I have purchased Sandhi Sudha plus Amount Rs.3400 via teleshoping through TV. I have received sandhi sudha plus on 16th April. The product gives 15 days 100% money back gurantee. But as i m not satisfied by the product on 28th april i gave a complaint to company through the vendor mr. Vicky he gave me assurance that my money will be back and i will pick the product from my home itself. I have got delivery via Rajnandhini Marketing Whose bill is with me dated 16th april2012. Upon not coming of the vendor i again contacted him again he said i will come and process my complaint but he doesn't came. Again after calling him again given me assurance but i scolded him to go to the consumer court. he said you go to court i will see but only Rs.1000 i will return. as the company terms the company terms 100% money is refunded. I have purchased Sandhi Sudha plus Amount Rs.3600 via teleshoping through TV. I have received sandhi sudha plus on 18th march2013. The product gives 15 days 100% money back gurantee. But as i m not satisfied by the product on 28th march2013 i gave a complaint to company through the vendor mrs. Pramila she gave me assurance that my money will be back first you send the product by courier at idoor address.i Already send the corior on date 28 march 2013 and she got this corier on date 2 april 2013 and she confirm it by phone to me. and she told me that 3400 Rs.ammount yopu will get whith in 7 days by cheque.
But Still i have not recieve any payment.
Please send my money back as per your comitment as soon as possiable.
