I have purchased Sandhi Sudha plus Amount Rs.3400 via teleshoping through TV. I have received sandhi sudha plus on 16th April. The product gives 15 days 100% money back gurantee. But as i m not satisfied by the product on 28th april i gave a complaint to company through the vendor mr. Vicky he gave me assurance that my money will be back and i will pick the product from my home itself. I have got delivery via Rajnandhini Marketing Whose bill is with me dated 16th april2012. Upon not coming of the vendor i again contacted him again he said i will come and process my complaint but he doesn't came. Again after calling him again given me assurance but i scolded him to go to the consumer court. he said you go to court i will see but only Rs.1000 i will return. as the company terms the company terms 100% money is refunded. Until today no concern is done to my issue.
