My mother ordered a repeat of Sandhi Sudha Plus oil .At the time of ordering,she explained very clearly that it shoul be Plus and the bottle has the picture of Govinda on it, however they did not send the correct one.She called the distributor and asked that it should be changed as they sent a wrong one. The company distributor said that they are sending the correct one and she should pay Rs 1200 when the oil comes to which she agreed.Several days have passed and they have not sent.My mother and other people in the household have made several telephone calls but to no avail.Either they say that they are sending or the person who lifts the phone says he is in a meeting and will call back,but never does..my mother is 80 years old and is this the way the compnay or its distributors treat.Please look into the matter.
