[Resolved]  SandsShoppingHub.com — Non delivery of products

Respected Sir/ Madam,

I Chirag Shah, had made online purchase of Iball i6012 table and panasonic cordless iron from sandsshoppinghub.com on 7th of March, 2013. I was being informed that i have won diamond necklace worth Rs. 32,000/-. The expected delivery time was 10 to 14 days but its being 24 days and i have not received my product. I have not even received any confirmation from them for my product purchase.

Despite of several emails and telephonic conversations with their executives i didn't receive any confirmation or delivery of the product.

I have also emailed them to cancel my order but didn't get any reply.

Request you to kindly look into the matter any help me in getting refund of my amount and also damages for deficiency in service and cheating.
