I agree that 40% of this money will be for you as a foreign partner, in respect to the provision of a foreign account, and 60% would be for me. I do need to stress that there are practically no risk involved in this. It's going to be a bank-to-bank transfer. All I need from you is to stand as the original depositor of this fund so that the fund can be transferred to your account.

Welcome aboard Narayan Pai - I have dealt with them for almost the same concern starting from the month of Aug till Oct. and you know what - by end of Nov the phone failed again and the insurance covered Mobile seva claims it to be user damage but doesn't know how it is user damage.
And general manager services assuming he is threatening writes to my email that his company will take me to the court for defamation claim.

Please be very careful when you get it repaired through insurance. Your manufacturer might not cover the product if it is within warranty also later. Make it very clear written documented before you proceed. Kind advice as a sufferer still.
