i had bought a 32 inch lcdtv of sansui make about 8 months back.in september i registered a complaint for the same for not working properly.TILL DATE[protected] MY PROBLEM IS NOT BEEN SOLVED.every time i call the service centre i get new date on whitch my complaint will be attended. I am fedup of all this and am thinking of going to consumer court and filled an application for it. MY complaint no is RAJ[protected] and RAJ[protected]. MY CONTACT NO. Sansui — lcd tv not working
i brought LCD tv 11 months back now its not working due to some manufacture defect, when i complained about this authorised service center they managed to come after 3 days and identify the problem.The service executive told one of the component as to be replaced, he will do same with in 1 or 2 days which he dint do.After regular call to service enginer answer was no stock of component available .Is this kind of after sales service the big people like sansui give.Please dont trust the brand which cant give a satisfactory service to customer like this brand.

Television — working not properly
I registered my complaint last week but no response by you and your firm. So far I, am facing too many problems with my television if you cant satisfied my please ask me simply, that you cannot repair or seen the product .....Sansui — lcd tv 32
i bought 32" lCD TV SANSUI on 14 aug 2011 and it has gone bad just after one month i registered complaint with online no , service engineer came same day ( 19 aug 2011) and told that LCD pannel is to be replaced. ( mr Khare) . there after no reply since ten days i found out at wadi mr sharma who talked nicely and told that will get either replaced or repair ( on 24 Aug 2011) now now one is attending neither replaying even i tried to contact customer care they say ur complaint is pending and he also do not know when it will be made ok.if a goods is gone bad within one month is it not duty to replace it ??
i used TV for one month and it is Unserviceable for more then ten days ??
if any body can give contact no or email id where to complaint i will be glad //
