I do not agree with the contention of Shantimadom Builders as I my self is a victim of them. I booked a navakam duplex villa in Green City in March 2010 and paid Rs.1/-(one lakh). In June 2010 I paid another 07 Lakhs(Seven Lakhs) and a plot of 2.5 cents was registered in my name. The total cost of the villa was 20 lakhs at that time and my aim was to pay the balance amount (12 lakhs) by taking loan from bank. However, they never get the building permission and approval from the panchayat and finally i cancelled the booking in March 2011. But they did not refund the amount at that time. In June 2011 after much concerted efforts finally they refunded the amount of Rs.8/- lakh half in cash and half in post dated cheques. One of the cheque for Rs.2/- lakh is due on[protected]. On 16 Aug 2011 it slef I had reminded them to make funds available in their bank through e-mail. However despite my repeated reminders funds are not available till date(25 Aug 2011) in their bank to clear the cheque. My another cheque for Rs.2/- lakh is due on 20 Oct 2011. This is the story of principle amount. Rs.8/- lakh was with them for one and half years and the interest itself comes to Rs.1.5 lakh at normal rate and I have not been paid any single paise towards interest. Now they are putting different types of excuses to deposit money in their bank against the principle. I think all of the complaints are genuine. The dealing of Shantimadom is not fine as they propogate. Now I think the ultimate soulution is to file a legal as well as police case against them.

"wrong comments against Santhimadom" What do you think people have nothing to do sit along their computer and type complaints against santhimadom. Since you are so concern and worried about Santhimadom good name been effected you have all right to answer some points asked related to Munimada project.
1) Where is so called Madurai land ?
2) Where is the promised rent ?
3) Project is on going for the last 4 years. Where is the tax allocation document from the local authorities ?
4) Where is the so called Helipad ?
5) Kalyana mandapam ?
Above all when do you think you will be able to hand over the villas to their clients with all clearance from the Govt. and local authorities...

Hi Shantimadom,
You people are a real cheat.I have got to know from my friend that he had booked this villa in the year 2008.It has been 4 long years that he hasn't got the villa (eventhough they've promised to give the keys by 2009 Vishu).It has been such a long time and I'm very sorry to say that this was his hard earned money, which he made by leaving his family(comprised of small kids) back at his hometown in Kerala and served at Dubai by saving each and every penny.
It has been more that 3.5 yrs that he's still confused what to do one this matter.He along with other people(who have booked the villa) has now planned to move to Consumer Court to get back the money which they have paid as part of Initial payment.
Mr.Radhkrishnan, you have been playing a very dirty politics for so long that, you continued to promise the poor people about land, auditorium, helipad and all the other ******.But nothing has been done.

I hope atleast these people get back their money which they have invested with interest.

Ok, if Santhimadom feels they need a complete info of the client who post the compliant, here it is
I have booked Villa C3 in Kotapady Guruvayoor, way back in Dec 2007, invested my hard earned investment with this irresponsible bunch of people, now im in a situation where i have a concrete structure, the so called Villa, but with no electricity and water connection and Santhimadom chairman iand manager is sleeping over it for last 2 years and more. Several compliants, visits, made, we pleaded, threatened, did all we could, but these thick skinned bunch of guys dont care, Do Santhimadom have anything to reply to my comment, I dare them do so...all hard earned money sucked by this Builder and all my interest to my bank all in vain, im not getting my villa in a habitable condition, further there are several other villa lying with out any electricity and water, mostly NRI, who has no time to fight with this Builder, but are working hard some where in some country to repay the loan they took to pay this bunch of money suckers, i dont know what to say, i would say it is height of disappointment, Im now seeking legal opinion and knocked doors of several government dept in Delhi as well, so hope very soon we can get hold of this problem. But need support from all who are sufferring...guys letz join and fight against this virus in society

Same questions asked by Pradeep applies to Kotapady, which Santhimadom call it finished project, this is ridiculous, here are the questions;
1) where is madurai 3 acre land?
2) where is promised rent due since 2009??
3) where is electricity, water connection, the basic essential for human life????? let alone swimming pools, marriage hall, shopping complex etc.

Hi,

I and one of my friend have booked a villa in Indraprastham ( mattom) and paid 10 lakhs in September 2010. while booking the villa, the chairman and the team promised us that the villa will be ready by next year before Janmashtami ( 2011). when we visited and enauired the plot, even the foundation work has not started till janmashtami 2011. but they started asking for the balance amount. I cant understand how they can ask the balance amount where they even not started the basic foundation work.. We are regularly contacting these people most of the time we will not get on line and if we gets they will give some false commitments.

while book the villa they promised us the they will be giving 10cent of land near to the property which not happened as on date. They are not thinking that they are playing with others life and their dreams to have house at their mother land for a peaceful stay on their aged years.

I dont know what to say and how to react, only we can pray to god either to get the villa or the money back..
