Non Receipt of Booked Item Through C Card.

I have booked a king star from Sarddha Sky shop , My Oder No is 1457 dated 18/07/2012, on net using My Credit Card. Till date the material was not delivered to me. On phone they are not replying satisfactorily regarding delivery nor they are confirming the dispatched date / courier,s name etc.

Non Receipt of Booked Item Through C Card.
