[Resolved]  sauna belt india — Fraud

I had purchased Sauna Belt online and I am from Overseas. After being charged for the belt about 3 weeks ago I haven’t received any Sauna Belt neither any confirmation from any sales rep regarding the belt arriving to me. I have called them several times and no one seems to answer the phone.
However once someone answered and he was quite rude. He said That if I wanted refund then i should call PAYPAL and that they do not supply overseas.
My question is if that was so then why they had to ask which country on they payment page. After selecting my country they accepted the payment. Normally when i purchase anything online from USA or other countries there is always information on which countries they deliver. In this case there was no information provided.

I find this fraudulent and the consumer council of India should look at businesses like this and take them to task. It gives a really bad name to India. The thing is people are already scared to deal when it comes to Indian product and such companies are the ones who put India;s reputation at stake.
