In May 2011 ,when wife was using ,it’s wiring got burn out and it’s temperature regulator became non functional .

After a many efforts on calling at given landline number I got connected and lodged my complaint successfully on 12 July 2011 by Ms Aarti from A2Z TELESHOPPING ,NARAINA .and provided with reference number - 634

After this complaint I called up many times in July, August, September month. Many times phone was not picked up . Some times phone picked up and assurance used to be given that they will attend the complaint within 3 days or within a week.

I told them that I can visit to their place but they are not agreed to visit their given address.

I found that A2Z TELE SHOPPING used to make fool to the people and they don’t be serious in attending the complaints . I request to public to start opposing product supplied by TELE SHOPPING.
I request to govt officials to take consumer complaint against A2Z TELE SHOPPING and take legal action against them in failure of providing satisfactory service to the customers.
