I have a savings bank a/c with SBH Clock Tower, Nalgonda Branch. (A/c No: [protected]). I applied to convert my a/c to savings plus so that the surplus money gets more interest. It is more that 2 months but it is not processed yet.
The response I got from the banking officials is very very disappointing. Upon repeated visits to the bank, they created one more SB a/c for me, which is of no use to me. I submitted a compliant with the Branch Chief General Manager also, but of no use. The point I would like to make here is they are incompetent enough to understand the customer's needs properly.
Hope SBH top management addresses these kind of issues and keeps its reputation unperturbed. Was this information helpful? |
