[Resolved]  SBI ATM Cum Debit Card — Amount debited from account but payment not done.

Greetings!
As per subject cited above i would like to draw your kind attention to the below narrated matter of a Transcation of Rs. 40, 000/-( Rupees forty thousand only).

A/c no-[protected](shailendra sharma)
date of transaction - 13/10/08
a/c with - SBI tonk.
please note that we have swiped our ATM card no[protected] at Shalby hospital limited, ahmedabad (on HDFC POS PRCH machine). the transcation was incomplete and message was error in swiping but our account had lost Rs 40000/- and shalby hospital account did not get that amount into their account. same we have cross checked with HDFC bank. so please look into matter and reverse the amount in our account as soon as possible as we have to pay that amount to shalby hospital without which they will not dischage the patient.

note:- as per the information give by state bank of ahmedabad(wide angle branch) the money is in suspance account no[protected]...(...is chck disit)

i used my SBI ATM cum Debit card at Univercell Mobile shop, Indira Nagar, Bangalore for the bill of Rs 6800/.. After swiping the card in the card machine and entering my PIN number nothing happened and again i had given pin numbr. then tat transcation completed. then i noticed that the amount debited from my account twice. I contacted the shop, but as per them they have received the amount only once . what i have to do to track the amount . they are telling sometimes it has gone to bank's sunspense account . whether its true or not.
please give me the correnct information about this matter ..

i have account with SBI kerlala i want know, how much i can widraw the money from sbi atm counter per day.what is limit for aking money..if i am depositing money from karanataka any exchange charge is there? widrawing from any stae bank ATM counter is any charge is there or not... .if i am not keeping minimum balance in my account how much they will diduct what is proceedure for that, plz i want knw about this

i have account with SBI pondicherry. i have lost a amount of 500Rs from my account. my last transaction was on september16th, after that iam sure that i dint use my card but when i checked through my online banking it shows that 500Rs has been debited from my account on october 2nd 2008. what would be the reason for this? what should i do now?

I am happy that i got the replay from your side my complaint no is cc[protected]. sir i want to know that how much time will be take for the new atm. Actually I am getting my sallary by cheque and it deposit in sbi acount. that why i m facing money problem pls make it as soon as possible

sir my account in sbi, bhankrota, jaipur sir my account are stooped and last month i dpoist 3000 rs.
but they are not in my account please tell me about my rupees

Kindly issue me duplicate ATM card as my existing ATM is not working due to wear and tear condition. I had already applied 2 months ago for the same to SBI branch as well as you but no action has been taken so far from either side and no response from toll free no. [protected]. Kindly convey me by mail or telephone that what action has been taken.

Sir,
I used my SBI ATM cum Debit Card for payment at a shop. The first time i entered the PIN, the payment slip was not generated as it was a rejection. The next time, the payment was successful. But the amount has been debited twice from my savings account. Why ? Who should Icontact ?

can i shop online and make payments thru paisa pay(e-bay) with my sbi atm-debit card?
or can i shop online using net banking facility of sbi..
if yes.. please explain how to.. bcos i am really confused. the help line ws not of much help bcos they really dont kno any basics of online shoppin. all they told me ws "sir u use the card n shop"

on 23rd of Dec, 08 on swiping my ATM card at Park Street Kolkata ATM the tranansction was incomplete, the message showed UNABLE TO PROCESS and the same thing happened on Union Bank ATM Kolkata.As a reseult my account had lost 2200/-

So, please look into the matter and reverse the amount in my account as early as possible

Through this I would like to bring Chief Manager (ATM ) kind attnn to solve the problem.

mera sbi-atm card hai or sbi a/c v hai

During transaction cash not recd from ATM, Gopinath Bazar, Delhi Cantt on 31 Jan 2009 at 0700pm for Rs.4000/-. On scrutiny of pass book the amount has been duducted from my account. I have already lodged 02 online complaints vide complaint tickett No. CC[protected] and CC[protected]. No response has been received till date from your end. In addition I have also submitted my complaint to concerned bank i.e SBI Delhi Cantt, Code No.0733. My acct No. is [protected]. Therefore, I am requesting you kindly look into the matter and credit the said amount in my acct at the earliest.

SBI — Double Entered the withdrawl Amount through ATM

Dear Sir,
My Account ics in SBI, Panch pakhadi Thane.Ac No.[protected].
I had withdrawl Amount through ICICI Bank ATM(Near ten tanki, Koparkharine) ON 22 Feb 09, It first transaction was cancelled, but the Amount is Withdrawl from my Acount, I have contact in SBI, They told me that it is ICICI Fault,
My amount of 4020/- is crushed between these two.
