Sir I am PRAMOD KUMAR SAMAL.Having SBI Saving a/c no 30817548162,in medchal Branch,Hyderabad.On 10-08-09 at 8.20 to 9.00 pm, my Rs 7000/-( seven thousand rupees) had been debited from my a/c without dispensed in axis bank ATM counter in sangli, maharastra area. I have already given complaint letter to my local Hyderabad Branch on 11-08-09,By e-mail complain to contactcentre@sbi.co.in on 12-08-09, and again on30-08-09,e-mail complaint to helpline.lhohyd@sbi.co.in on26-08-09 and again on 30-08-09. & I have also complaint in SBI website in customer complaint form two times (the first complaint ticket no-cc-1250074630675) & the second complaint ticket no is (cc-1251296749918).since it has been 22 days passed, nither the amount credited to my a/c nor I got any mail response!!! Or any feed back, Finding no other way
I am forwarding the issue to you pls help me.
So I request you pls take the required steps, so that the above amount could be credited to my a/c.My ATM card no is 6220181108300026523.Waiting for reply.
