[Resolved]  SBI ATM / Debit Card — ATM transaction failure : Received Rs. 500 Short

Dear Sir/Madam

I have lodged following complaint at SBI, Shakti Nagar Branch as well as sent a mail to helpline.[protected]@sbi.co.in and [protected]@sbi.co.in but nobody is paying any heed to my grievance. You are requested to kindly look into it, if possible please help me in getting my hard earned money of Rs.500/- from SBI.

I would like to inform you that I had made two transactions each of Rs.6500/- each from SBI Laxmi Nagar ATM (ATM ID - S1AN[protected] ON 18th June 2009. Unfortunately in second withdrawals I got only Rs.6000/- from ATM machine (11 notes of 500 and 5 notes of 100) but total 13000/- was debited from my account. Instead of Rs.500/- note I got a yellow paper slip (with SBI Stamp) which are usually used for covering bundles of notes. I have already made a written complaint with photo copy of transaction slip and yellow paper slip to my Branch Manager (SBI Shakti Nagar, Delhi) regarding the same. But nothing is still being done till date while I repeatedly contacted to Shakti Nagar Branch, till now this Rs.500/- have not credited in my account. So it’s my humble request to you to look forward in this matter with your great concern. Also I would like to request SBI management to look seriously in these types of human faults or Fraud so that other customers will not face this in the future. As a customer i had very much beleive in SBI but this time i am very much disappointed. So please try to solve my problem ASAP.I may be saved from mentally harassment because nobody listening me.

I am maintaining a S.B. Account No. [protected] with K.K. Nagar Branch, SBI, Chennai 600078. Every quarter, they debit Rs.15 as SMS charges. I do not want this service from SBI . I have given in writing as well as visited to them and conveyed my requirements. When I visited SBI, K.K. Nagar Branch today, Accountant very clearly told me that it is mandatory charge, which I have to pay to bank, whether I need SMS services or NOT. I am really surprised, how SBI can debit to the client, when he does not require that particular service. In case any urgent message to be conveyed to me, same can be done through my land line. But She refused to take my land line phone No. as there is no provision in their system to enter Land line No. and she can enter only my Mobile No. The argument put forward by the Accountant is not correct. As a customer, I have got every right to decide what type of service i need it from Bank. I simply do not want any SMS from SBI AND ALSO I DO NOT WANT ANY CHARGE TO BE DEBITED TO MY S.B. Account. Kindly take up the matter with SBI, K.K. Nagar Branch and let me know the outcome at the earliest.

Transaction Failure

It shows the following message Dear customer, your transaction at POS null declined due to authentication failure. Please try after some time. This keeps on happening so what should i do now?

INTERNET BANKING USERNAME AND PASSWORD

IN SBI I ASKED FOR MY INTERNET BANKING ACCOUNT MORE THAN ONE AND HALF MONTH AGO AND THEY GIVEN ME PASSWORD AND USERNAME EVERYTIME WHEN I LOGIN IN TO ACCOUNT IT SHOW MESSAGE REGISTRATION UNDER PROCESS AND ICAN"T ACCESS MY ACCOUNT..
