[Resolved] SBI Bank — amount deducted wrongly | |||
In the month of Nov-2011..without my knowledge Rs;6000 was drawn and for that i given complaint by calling your customer care within 7 working days i got that amount....and again in the month 1st Dec 2011 Rs;5000 Drawn this time also i given complaint for that because of your executive mistake i mean he registered complaint like ....customer tried with his ATM card but he didn't got amount and all...But the fact is that both the time i didn't used anything either card or anything even that amount was drawn from my A/c....from 3-4 months i was been mailing you but still now i am getting a proper resolution..i checked out with my main branch person they are telling that " It was drawn at Catholic Syrin Bank ATM....But i didn't used a single time in that ATM..And there is no chance to miss use my card ...and also bank person told me that if i want to know details about that amount drawn (videos and all) i need to pay for it Rs;1700 Plus ..but my question is that why should i pay for that..i lost Rs;5000 and you are asking me to pay 2000 more....... Pls its my humble Request you sir pls help me out ..... i cant able to pay that much..my request is that show me the amount drawn video details...or else credit back to my amount to my account...or else pls dont mistake tell me directly..that don't use your service..because i am really scared to use your service......... This is my whole story of the problem...I HOPE THIS TIME YOU GO THROUGH ALL MY DETAILS AND WILL GIVE ME A PROPER RESOLUTION....... I am waiting for your Help Like anything Sir..........
