[Resolved]  SBI Bank — 20,000 sudden bal. deduction

My name is Ravi Rawat, From Uttarakhand. i have an account no of sbi. account no is [protected] and account holder's name is Usha Rawat & Ravinder Singh.
Today is 19th of Nov. two day before there was 20,000.00 amount, 5000 i pulled back. but i don't knwo what the hell happened with account, now account balance is 48 rs.
sir/madam i want each n every details about this account...
i hope you will help me...

I wanna register the complaint against deducting balance, As you asvised to me.

(i am getting responses from Delhi branch but not from Uttarakhand one, i don't know why you (UK, Branch of SBI) are not replying me back. Is there any problem or you don't wanna help to your customers). plz let me know so that i can make a complaint against this issue, in RBI or some Grameen Court.)
