HI MYSELF ABHISHEK CHATTERJEE AND I WANT TO INFORM YOU THAT I AM REPEATEDLY HARASSED BY SBI CREDIT CARDS PEOPLE OVER PHONE.I HAVE CANCELLED THE CARD 4 YEARS AGO AND STILL THEY ARE ASKING ME TO PAY SOME REMAINING BALANCE WHICH I HAVE NEVER USED. NEITHER ARE THEY ABLE TO GIVE ME ANY STATEMENT.I STAY OUTSIDE AND THEY ARE REPEATEDLY HARASSING MY OLD PARENTS AND INSPITE OF GIVING MY NUMBER TO THEM,EVERYTIME NEW PEOPLE CALL AND USE ABUSIVE LANGUAGES TO MY PARENTS. PLEASE HELP I DO NOT EVEN HAVE THE CARD NUMBER SINCE I HAVE CANCELLED MY CARD LONG YEARS AGO. GRATEFUL, IF YOU GIVE ME A NUMBER TO SPEAK TO CARDS OMBUDSMAN. PLEASE HELP ME OUT.
