account transfer

sir, i would like to say that 3 years ago, i opened a saving account in state bank of india in bccl township koylanagar dhanbad jharkhand and my account was of without checkbook facility, few days ago when i inquired about the account then it was showing that my account has been transfer to check book facility and rs200 has been debited from the account for minimal charges....

so, i request you to kindly see to it.
