booking No. ED331903216IN, Received in my permanent address on 21/12/09, and re- directed to my present address. Not yet received. Track record is in complete. please help.

Sir,
The said speed post No. ED3319032161IN is SBT atm card. It was booked from New Delhi, Addressed to Rajavarma, Sree Lakshmi, Edakkanam, Pattena, Nileshwar, Kasaragod (DT), Kerala, PIN 671 314. The concerned Postman brought the item to the above address on 21 December 2009 along with a normal post. As I am not residing there, my brother re-directed both the articles to my present address Rajavarma VK, #7, Jayanna Layout, Kogilu Main Road, Maruthi Nagar, Yelahanka (PO), Bangalore-64, and intimated me. I received the normal post on 30 December 2009. On my enquiry about the speed post, the authorities told me that it may take another two or three days to reach. After one week again I approached the Yelahanka Post office with the booking number which I received from Nileshwar post office, they clarified that still it is laying with Kasaragod Post Office, and they advised me to contact you.
Sir, I think the above details are enough to trace the mail which is missing now and I hope a speedy delivery of the same.

Dear Sir / madam
Call from sbi card dept Ms Rinku Gupta +919987024716, and recived my Hdfc card statment & photogragh,
and told you card will be rich next 15 days, last 3 month Ms Rinku Gupta not resonce my phone, Till i have not recived card all detail given to rinku Gupta, If not allowed sbi card to me please send my document
