[Resolved]  SBI Cards — False does being levied

Dear Sir/Madam,

I stopped SBI card[protected]-5078) three years back and as per them sent a hard copy to them requesting them to discontinue my card as I got assignment is some other town.
I paid fully all dues and there was no communication from back for last 3 years.

Suddenly for last 6 months I started calls and messages that Rs.20000 is due. When every time asked them that when I didn't purchase anything for last 3 years then why this bill? they never answered.

Further many times I asked that please tell me what I purchased, then one executive told that I purchase some insurance policy - over phone. I asked them to show me the proof because I never purchased on interacted about any purchase. Then they discontinued phone.

Every time I asked to connect me to Consumer Redressal Manager which they refused.

This is totally a harassment to me when they fraudently shown purchase in my account and now asking money.

Request to stop this and my claimed due to be deleted.
