SBI - cash deducted from account but amount not recieved

I, ASHOK KUMAR SOLANKI, have an account in SBI bank
(a/c no.10454675031). On 5th may'12, I tried to withdraw Rs. 10000/- from axis bank atm palam near gupta coaching centre ,rajnagar part1, Delhi but the transaction declined. However, money was deducted from my account. my complaint no. is 42925159086, No one llkes to be serious to sort it out. Reason I donot Know.Earlier heard that SBI Chairman is very serious regarding reply to mails.But no action has yet taken. Kindly go through my trailing mails and help me.
