non receipt of pension

Dear sir,
My pension documents vide ppo no 074681200202 were forwarded by cpao,bikaji gama newdelhi to your branch on 04.05.2012 for crediting of monthly
pension and arrears w.e.f 01.11.2011 into my savings bank account no 30018022499 at sbi mohalla janipur jammu.till date the pension has not been credited into my account.Please do the needful.
