[Resolved] SBI - Credit Card — Excess Charges charged for exceeding credit limit | |
Hi Team, I have been using SBI Credit Card for last 2.5 yrs. This month statement was strange, they have deducted Rs 500.00 + Rs 51.50 excess charges for exceeding the usage credit limit, ideally I should not be able to shop if the credit limit exceeds for ex in my case the credit limit is 16000 and cash limit is 6000, my expenses has crossed 16000 on which they have charged 551.50 excess charges. Kindly help me in this issue as I am not willing to pay any extra amount for which I have not shopped. Was this information helpful? | |

SBI Credit Card — Excess charges
The card is issued one and half year back since then no transaction has done through it.the company is charging the penalty and finance charges without any reasone after continuous complaint for one year the situation is not yet changed.
