[Resolved]  SBI Credit Card — account settlement letter

Hi

I have Credit card with SBI, which got expired, i have called SBI card to renew the card, got a response card will be renewed, account has be closed, I have requested to mail me the letter, for account has been closed without any dues, for which i have been given compliant number mq[protected] and been told i will be receiving the letter by 16th December 2010.

BUT TILL NOW I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY LETTER FROM SBI.

KINDLY ISSUE NO DUE LETTER ASAP.
