[Resolved] SBI - Credit Card — Regarding cancellation of a the card which is not yet been received by me even. | |||
Hello, I just received( mobile. +91 [protected]) a unacceptable SMS from VM-SBI CARD that as per the statement dated 23-11-10 the total amount due is Rs. 275.75. It’s really strange to know that how the statement can be generated for a card which is not yet been received by me even. This is to further inform you that during verification I already asked to cancel the card as there were a huge gap between the card salesman offerings and your call center verification guys. Now can you please cancel the said card and whatsoever dues & let me know that. @ I already mailed with this details to 'feedback.[protected]@ge.com' but so far no feedback has been received by me. In don't know why this due is reflected in the data maintained by Credit Information Bureau of India Limited (CIBIL) which is affecting my credit history. Was this information helpful? | |||

It’s really strange to know that how the statement can be generated for a card which is not yet been received by me even. This is to further inform you that the card not used by me and during verification I already said to cancel the card as soon as possible, and there were a huge gap between the card salesman offerings and your call center verification guys.
