I Dipesh Dharamshi, from Vadodara holding Credit Card from your well known bank, and my credit Card number 1)4377 4869 9596 2477 2) 4377 4869 9596 248. have been charged with fees of Rs 499.00/- in respect of credit card fees for the year. I was informed by your executive that if I make a transaction of Rs 2000/- I shall not be charged with this. But unfortunately before making such transaction bill was prepared from your end. Since I have made the transaction of the same amount. I request you to kindly waiver the fees charged to me.
