[Resolved]  SBI Credit Cards — Lost payment cheque from drop box

Payment cheque of amount 10255.89 was dropped quite within time at the drop box location in sbi Tel bhawan branch which was collected by local sbi card executive but lost it before sending it for clearance .. The details of cheque was uploaded in the account details given to the executive on call from gurgaon .Now often on daily i am being disturbed for non payment inspite of details given no efforts have been made to search out lost cheque from the drop box..I need a satisfactory reply for this that where my cheque has gone from authorised drop box????
