Harassment through Recovery agents & not providing data as per RBI guidelines
My issue relates to a amt dispute with SBI & I was trying to follow up with them, since long through tel communication & mails, but SBI never had the urgency not inclination to follow up & used to brush it up by saying they are correct. Now, since Jan, I received calls & not so pleasant visits, with the purposeful intention of creating nuisance & humilation in my respected society in the name of recovering dues.
The person did not have any proper documentation or authorization letter from SBI regd this issue.
I've been repeatedly following this issue also with SBI for the
details of the so collection agency, but lady named ( Gurmit ), I spoke on
Phone No. 11243992437 intentionally wasted my time for 3 weeks & now brazenly refuses to provide the details, thereby violating the very guidelines set by RBI.
Kindly request you to follow this up & also ensure that such useless employees are dismissed on priority basis. Also, kindly guide me regd the police procedure which I intent to follow & how do I contact CIBIL as well, to explain the situation in writing.
