This is regarding card i holding which is going to expire on 11/08.

There are too many issue with this card.
1.I haven't received any pin number for this card yet.
2.I haven't signed it neither operated.
3.It was a free subscription card when I aplied for it,I was told this.
4.I haven't applied for any insurance.
Now the situation is like that when I am not using it i am receiving bills for it.
I did not fay for it.
I received call for it.
When matter escalated executive told she will cancell insurance.
Again I received call for not payment.
I asked about reason and process to return the card
and i was informed will call back, had received no call.
contacted local SBI branch nerul for returning of card,
where they refused to do so?
I went out of country for bussiness purpose.
Still my familly received call, causing stress to them.
Inspite of being told the status, call happenning to come.
It was happening repeatedly for a week.
who is responsible for it?
Now i received the bill again for amount of Rs. 2060.75
I called helpline and executive asked for the complaint.
I have some questions:
1.I haven't received PIN number without which how card is activated?
2.I haven't applied any insurance not by any call and not signed any document,
How I can be charged for that?
3.Who is responsible for the stress caused by your executive to my familly in my absence,
specially my mother who is patient of low blood pressure?
