I lost My ATM Debit Card At Sabarimalai Today, My ATM card is against My account with SBI-Main branch (0880) NAgercoil, Account Number [protected] I donot remember the Card Number Now, kindly Block the transactions against that card, This mail is being sent from a Friends ID

Sir,
i was having an ATM card From SBI.i was using that since 2005.Due to some problems the card was damaged.Then i contacted the card issuing branch to replace it.I had even submitted an application along with that card.After 1 month i approached the branch and also cotacted customer care.But the din't help.I have given 2 more applications.The system there is showing my age as a monor, but how is that possible if i was previously using my card.As a student i am facing a lot problem.Please help me.
