addition to your complaint ask for the contact of ACPIO for filing application under RTI ...

Any trouble with any Gov. services use RTI :)

SBI May be good in banking, Loans, MF, but demat it has pertnerd with Motilal Ostwal for brokering and i experienced its worst. my application is under prcess even after 3.5 MONTHS

i have applied for Demat account opening in SBI Bank in February 09, the bank has deducted the amount for opening the account on, but still i have not received the account opening kid, but their website says only 10 days to open but this takes too long, no response from the bank. the customer centre says we will let you know, the same answer daily. but still not opened.(nearly 40 days has completed)

Sir, I have applied DMAT account with sbi chipitola Agra in the month of February. Till date I have no information about opening of a/c. With the enquiery with the bank, I am told that your esbi no is-203234 and endoc no is 0809/64474. pl do the needful

i have applied for Demat account open in SBI Bank, as per that, they are opened my Demat Account and mentioned my name as DEVI GOWDA S.R. in Demat A/c No.[protected], insted of DEVE GOWDA S.R., in all my records submitted for opening demat account and also in my sbi bank/SBI Cap account name is DEVE GOWDA S.R.,

but so many time I requested since 4 months, they are telling only your application filling like that, But they are not seened my document submitted along with the application for opening Demat account and it is not my falt, the application filled by Mr.Sunil Kumar SBI Cap or SBI demat agent.

kindly i request change my name as DEVE GOWDA S.R. for further transaction and also they charged Rs.400/- ON 28-Jan-2009 and Rs.393/- on 07-Mar-2009.

I HOLD AN SBI DEMAT ACCOUNT AND AM USING IT I STRONGLY SUGGEST BETTER DONT PRESS TOO MUCH FOR IT. THE SITE PERFORMANCE IS MISERABLE AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SLOW THEIR CHARGES TOO ARE HIGH
i also use geojit which i find better

its been more than 2months that i have applied for the demat account online, they have called me up said that they will send their representative and there is no response from them there after.

iam applied fjor D nat account and online trading in state bank or india yesterday morning through the inter net. soplease send the particulars of my account and what iam doing thank you

Hello just make others not to join SBI...for the following reason...
1) No proper response.
2) Trading account is handled by 3rd party.
3) If any issue happens then SBI won't be responsible for it. It will point 3rd party (Motilal owasis). 3rd party will point Bank. you will be a dog.

Suggestion: Join ICICI both demat and online is been handled by them.
Enjoy SharesKhan then also do the same.

i applied for dmat account before 3 month but i cant got it till date

i had applied for demat account around one and a half months ago with all the requisite documents whatever i was asked for, but my account is yet to c the light of the day, rather may never will. the concerned executive who had contacted my me on behalf of the bank has stopped taking my calls as if i am his ex-girl friend. i wanted to invest in the market when it was on a low but guess i will have to wait for the next cycle of recession, thanks to the complicated ways of processing of SBI. my initial request no was. IC00159305. and the massage i received once says my Bo id is 130...61610.
actually not expexting to hear from anyone from the banks side.

I, ve applied for opening online trading account with SBI on 3rd of june and they assured me that the account will be opened in 20 days but after 4 weeks of long wait still there is no progress towards my account opening !!

I've also told them that it's urgent but they didn't gave it a think.

I willl be gratefull to you i[censored] take necessary action towards it.

POOR SERVICE FROM SBI.
They take 2 months for opening Demat account.
