i have applied for Demat account opening in SBI Bank on 4th july, the bank has deducted the amount for opening the account on 12 july, but still i have not received the account opening kid, but their website says only 10 days to open but this takes too long, no response from the bank. the customer centre says we will let you know, the same answer daily. but still not opened.(nearly 20 days has completed)

I have applied online for Demat A/c and got my Demat-webway Ticket No. SBI-DMT-361221. But no any your agent has contact with me for the purpose yet. I have made so many call to your SBI, BHU, Varanasi agent Mr. Sanjeev since twenty days but he has always agnore my call.
In case what i do? may i go to any other Bank for demat or what?
I have applied the demat account in the month of june. After 3 weeks i recieved a letter from sbi "your account has been actived". no clint code no passdword. All most 10 days spend to get the detail of login pass word & trade password by visiting to bank. In the bank there is no proper person to give guidelines related to account open next follow ups what to do? how to do ? . The person who deligately oppoint for this work is almost out of the bank. we should talk to him on by phone it self. He never try to trace the problem. However by taking the other branch agent I have prepared login password & id.
At the last I have deeply strucked in fund transper from saving account to demat account. For this almost 3 week they are fail to identify the problem from both demat account branch. & SB account branch. For this I am fed & completely disoppinted. I don't know to whom I have to tress my problem.
Finely I conclude that I want to close the Demat. Account.

I am, Dhasarathan.K, i have SB account in our State Bank of India, Tamilnadu. I have my account in my permenent resident. But i am working in out of my permenent resident. I created DMAT account before 4monts through State Bank Of India.But still i am not able to access my DMAT account, due to Third party transfer enabling. I called to customer care of SBI, they requested to visit Home branch. i am not having leave on week days, even i got personal leave on my company and went to my native place. There i asked to Bank manager, but he simply say that " The forms misplaced somewhere come on another day". As an private company employee, how i can get the leave again.
Please kindly guide me to make an action for the irresponsible manager of that bank, Otherwise change the entire process in online.
I have applied for demat account opening and online trading account opening with SBI a month ago but still i didnt get any documents...V.v.v.v.v poor service...But They said 1st year AMC of Rs.400 waived off...What we do to waived off. Jaago SBI Jaago
I too strongly agree with the so far comments against SBI Demat Account.. I Humbly request to all, not to suggest any one to open DEMAT IN SBI. I have opened the DEMAT, But the trading account was not linked with savings account. I had to raise a request to them and then they did in 3 working days. After that now i am not able to purchase any shares. If I place a order, Its not showing at all...
This is the worst service, I have seen...
Please let me know the procedure for canceling the DEMAT & TRADING ACCOUNT IN SBI to my email id, so that I could cancel it and open in some other one...

Online Trading Account Opening Too Late
I have applied for Online Trading account opening in SBI Bank (12297) of Shivpuri Branch on 31st July, but still i have not received the account opening kid, no response from the bank. the customer centre says we will let you know, the same answer daily. but still not opened.(nearly 27 days has completed) please help me.
I had applied for Demat/trading account on 13 Aug 09. but till that i have recieved only demat account information. There is no any information about trading account. This is the worst service from your bank.The call centre are just useless there is no response any time from callcentre. please take action as soon as possible. for this i m always greatful to you.
sir sorry to saying again that no response about on line demat ragesration . I ragistered online dmeat ac before 3 month that ticket no is sbi-dmt-348537. please tell me what ihave to do. ITs my second complain .

SBI Customer care is worst, executives are not trained and competent enough to answer the queries. They have a run away attitude insted of helping the customer. They gave me wrong numbers when I asked for numbers for DEMAT relationship those numbers either doesn't work or does not exist. I don't know on what basis SBI is claiming to be No.1. bank in India...
