[Resolved]  SBI koramangala — online transaction rights

i have been mailing this bank to give me online transaction rights, but these people seem to be sleeping...
poor services...since 1 year I have been mailing them and still haven't recieved any responses from these********
shame on SBI...

I contacted coustomer care, got phone no. I phoned Koranmangala branch atleast 15-20 times from chennai, No response and mailed many times as well. Very poor services. I have never seen such a bad services in any of the banks in india.

I had withdraw 5000/- from my account at 24-nov-2008 at sec-14 Gurgaon ATM but due to som e reason the amount again deposited in the ATM and the amount is debited from my account, I had contacted to Custmer care for the same he told me that ATM hold the case only for 30 sec but after 1 working day the amount will be cradited in your account. But til now (more than 30 days) no amount has been cradited.I i have sent lots of mail and hard copy of mini statement. But havn't got any response. What i should do please suggest...

Yesterday I made a transaction of Rs12000 from icici atm machine.But transaction was failed with code=072.I didnt recieved any payment but my bank account statement is showing debit of Rs 12020.

I have a transaction slip.Nobody at SBI kormangla is picking my phone.I also faxed the information and transaction slip. Kindly see to it and reverse back the transaction immediately.Waiting for ur reply.

What should I do now...
SBI provides the worst ever banking service.
I had done my transaction and 1500rs got debited from my account.
The customer service is satisfactory and the services provided by the people in the bank is of the worst grade.i tried calling SBI koramangala branch many times.. but people are very busy 24/7..They never ever pick our calls.The worst ever service rendered by any bank..
I've been contacting koramangala SBI branch for last four months from hyderabad for internet banking activation. They respond me to come there and activate. Again i replied them that i can't go to bangalore for that. But there is no response from them for that. They provided all the kit, but without activating they are making people to roam here and there. Atleast they should understand the customer situations and act according that. Atleast they respond properly for that.

SBI wow, Ppl opt for this bank as its a govt. organisation. But its only when u discovr dat it has the worst of the servic provided n al ur lft with is only regret abt it. N its a humble request that i[censored] cant answer our calls then why do u print those "TOLL FREE" nos. in a bloody bold font. Your employees are busy 24X7 and even more i think they have customers from other planets that they are busy handeling.And people like us have to keep on trying the nos. keepink all our work aside.
Same problem I also faced...I maild several times for TPT but no response...I don't know what they are doing there..is that not their work ? People trust ur bank so do justify them ok that ur job not simple escaping from it...
I too faced this problem. I don't why they are getting salaries when they cant give services to their users. Shame on SBI,

Iam trying to get transaction rights through internet banking,i mailed and called them many times but no response.i want rights to transfer funds through internet

I have requested for transaction rights from the bank officials in person and also have given a written request to them. It has been around 45+ days since i have given the written request to the officials.Kindly Guide me what to do next...
