[Resolved]  SBI Life Insurance — False commitment & fraudulent agents

I was informed by a tele caller about the Shub Nivesh Policy of SBI Insurance where the period informed was payment of Premium was 3 years & maturity after 5 years, Insurance will continue till 12 years.but Policy recd had been for payment of Premium was 12 years,& maturity amount also not specified,agent detials were fictitous,agent's where about not known.

I have discussed with all the senior person & they are asking for lodging the complain with them & the process the documents.

Why the matter should not be forwarded to Insurance regulatory authority to remove the fictitious agents.
