[Resolved]  SBI Mutual Fund — NON RECEIPT OF DEVIDEND & STATEMENT

i invested in SBI MF magnum, SIP, now 3 years blocking period over. agent told me at the time of investment i can withdraw after completing 3 years. when i called customer care they say i need to wait another 3 years to withdraw the complete amount. That means its 6 yrs period kind of. Any one pls let me know whether the information provided to me is correct.

I AM NOT GETTING MY STATEMENT SINCE AUG 2008 .PLS SEND MY STATEMENT QUERY ON MY EMAIL ADDRESS EARLIEST.

i have invested money in SBI CPOF-SERIES 1 (GROWTH ) MY FOLIO NO IS 10249156, 10249147, 10249153. IHAVE NOT RECEIVED STATEMENTS & CUSTOMER ID.
PL. DO THE NEEDFUL & PROVIDE THE SAME

I have invested 30000 INR in two Mutual Funds of SBI, on 22 sep 2009, but i am yet to receive any documents regarding those investments.

I HAD PURCHASED SBI MAGNUM MULTIPLIER PLUS SCHEME FOR RS.10, 000/- VIDE FOLIO NO.11799040. BUT I HAD NOT RECEIVED CERTIFICATE FOR THE SAME.

KINDLY LET ME KNOW WHETHER THE SAME WAS SENT TO ME OR NOT.
