Sir,
MY a/c is 01792275053 at SBI Subath. While trying to withdraw Rs.20, 000/- on 23 Dec 2008 at SBI ATM at Dwarka Sect 6, a sum of Rs.40, 000/- has wongwly been debited twice as Rs.20, 000/- each while the ATM was not working. Please refund my money at the earliest.

1. My a/c No is 01792275053 at SBI Subathu (HP). On 23 Dec 08, I tried to withdraw Rs.20, 000/- twice but the SBI ATM at Sect 6 (under SBI Nagal Raya, Delhi Cantt) was not working and no money came out. I went to ATM at Gopinath Bazar where I withdrew Rs.20, 000/- and saw that a sum of Rs.40, 000/- in two equal transaction has been debited from my a/c. I contacted SBI Nangal Raya and also informed SBI Subathu but no one is helping me. Please get my money cedited back, I shall be so thankful to you.

1. Sorry I have wrongly mentioned my a/c No as 01792275053 in earlier two mails, it is actually 11375276108 at SBI Subathu.(HP). While attempting to withdraw Rs.20, 000/- from your SBI ATM at Sect Dwarka, New Delhi on 23 Dec 08 when the ATM was not responding, a sum of Rs.40, 000/- has wrongly been debited from my acct. This ATM is under SBI Nangal Raya, Delhi Cantt. I came to know of this when I withdrew Rs.20, 000/- from SBI ATM at Gopinath Bazar on 24 Dec 08. I contacted both SBI Nagal Raya and SBI Subathu but no one helping me. Please help me in getting back my money. In any way more than Rs.20, 000/- can not be withdrawn in one day. It is technical error. Thanking you.

1..I am Arvind Kumar Sharma and I have a joint account with my wife at SBI Subathu. The account No is 11375276108. On 23 Dec 2008 at SBI ATM at Sect 6, Dwaka, New Delhi (uner SBI Nangal Raya) I tried to withdraw Rs.20, 000/- but the ATM was not working and no money came out. I had two attempts. On 24 Dec 2008 when I withdrew Rs.20, 000/- from SBI ATM at Gopinath Bazar, Delhi Cantt I noticed that two entried of Rs.20, 000/- each has been debited in my account there Rs.40, 000/- has wrongly been debited.
2. I tried to contract SBI Mangaer Nanga Raya on 26 Dec 08 and also contracted SBI Subathu, the whome branch and also sent a fax message of complain. But no one has helped me out my Rs.40, 000/- has not been refunded so far. Please advice and help in this matter at the earliest.

1. Please refer to my following Account No:-
(a) Single A/c No-30282536433 - 3200/- Wrongly Debited
(b) Joint A/c No-30237408767 -14, 000/- Wrongly Debited
2. Amt 3200/- wrongly debited on 02/04/09 from single account and Amt Rs 14000/- again showing debited against Joint account under reference. Both condition there were no transaction were made inspite of two three time atempt by ATM.
3. In this connection a writen application have already given to my Bank (Nagal Raya, Delhi Cantt).

1. I agree with the complaints.
2. I am also a victim of dictatorship of SBI Subathu. My case is like this that I am a joint account holder at SBI Subathu for the last 6-7 years. I had withdrawn an amount of intimate me of this instead Rs 15, 000/- from ATM from Delhi on 19 Jun 2006. SBI Subathu did not bother to update my saving account entry and instead had opened LOAN ACCOUNT fraudulntly in my name at their end without my signatures. At least they should have informed me of the problem of the bank instead of opening loan account. As I am a defence serving personnel, last month I got a letter from SBI Subathu trough my HQs stating that your loan account has not yet been paid. On my telephonic conversation with the Branch Manager (Mr Negi), they admitted bank's mistake. My reply sent to them by e mail is as under :-
REPLY SENT TO BANK
1. I would like to thank you for admitting Bank’s mistake. Sir, you would appreciate that withdrawal of Rs 15, 000/- by me from West Delhi ATM on 19 June 2006, was only with a purpose of reducing the balance of my Saving Account, being maintained at SBI Subathu. Non-debiting of this money by SBI Subathu cannot be considered as individual’s mistake. As I am a Joint Saving Bank Account (with nomination facility) holder of your Branch, opening of Loan Account by SBI Subathu without any intimation to me is totally illegal and unjustified. As a matter of fact SBI Subathu should have intimated to me about the problem rather than opening of loan account themselves in my name. This is not acceptable to me under any circumstances.
2. Under no Bank Rules/Provisions, Bank is authorized to open Loan Account, when an individual is having saving bank account in the same bank. Hence it is totally illegal and unjustified.
3. You would also appreciate that I have not taken any personal loan and as discussed, there is no question opening any loan account in my name without my signatures. I am not liable and will not repay any money in the name of fraudulent loan account.
4. Otherwise, I am ready to refund Rs 15, 000/- into my saving fund Joint account, from which ATM withdrawal was made by me on 19 Jun 2006. You are requested to forward my Bank Account Balance sheet wef 28 April 2006 onward at the earliest. Demand Draft for the withdrawn money (Rs 15, 000.00) will be sent only on receipt of my balance sheet.
END OF REPLY SENT TO BANK
Please advise me on the matter, whether any bank can do such a blunder of opening a loan account in any individual's name at their own without any signature of the individual or Bank should have informed me, because my joint saving bank account(with nomination facility) is operational with SBI Subathu.
