unable to transact

Respected Sir
I am unable to transact my accounts since i am not recieving any high security passwords in my mobile.Kindly do the needful at the earliest

dear sir,
I had withdrawn Rs. 500/- from ATM of Bank of India, at Baroda Station. but actually i have not received amount from ATM & balance is displayed for withdrawn Rs. 500/- in my account. and i also complaint at SBI Branch, Alkapuri. but they have not replied to me & not attend the complaint also. so i request you to pls take the necessary action & settled my complaint immediately & credit Rs.500/- in my a/c.
