[Resolved]  SBI Online Banking — Problem related to Mapping

Hello sir,

I activated my online banking account 1 month back. Since then I am having problems. Earlier it was related to my mobile number that was to be approved by branch. For that purpose, I submitted the application but still my mobile number is not set. 15 days back, I went to my branch again for mobile number approval, it was done, but when I logged on my account it was showing a warning - "You don't have any accounts mapped to this username. Contact to your branch."

I am staying in Delhi and my account is in Bikaner branch. I can't go again and again for these small problems. Plz do the needful.

Dear Sri,

I am not able to accesses my banking account please guide me to retrieve my user name and password, how can I get my user name and password ? please help me in this regard. And send me a mail with all details so that I can consult then on phone pr personally

SBI — account related

I have booked my ticket on[protected] with transaction id-[protected] of irctc online reservation services through irctc but my trasaction is failed and when i have taken mini statement of my sbi account it's showing 276 rupees less from my available balance and it's showing POS PRCH how can i get my money back in my account please do needful

Hi Dears,

For solve this issue kindly do the following

- Open your net banking
- Select profile
- Manage A/C Display
- Click on unhide Accounts
- Tick the Box
- Submit

Now you can see the account details

I activeted my online Banking 5 Months back.since then i am having problems Earlies to my mobile number that was activeted.But when i logged on my account it was showing a alert

I followed the kind process above written by you and wow..!I cant tell you how much I am happy that now I can see all my a/c details that were probably made hide mistakenly.I wondered for branch, gave them written application and just was waiting for their solution which seemed me endless, but again u deserve numerous thanx that u made it easy by ur duidence.I would say to those guys also to just follow these sequence i.e.

- Open your net banking
- Select "profile"- Manage A/C Display
- Click on unhide Accounts(the second option)
- Tick the Box
- Submit(Don't Forget to submit

when i am going to fix deposite through internet banking with stdr option it shows that "u need at least one transaction account mapped to the username". what is it? how i do it?
Good afternoon.

I have a query in regards to my recurring deposit account.
I hold a joint savings account with sbi and had recently opened a recurring deposit account. When I log on to personal banking I am able to see my joint savings account but not the recurring deposit.

Please provide me with a solution as soon as possible as I reside in Qatar and it is very important for me to manage both the accounts online to avoid charges in the future..

Dear Sir,
Yesterday I successfully register sbbj mobile banking on my android mobile device and I am login-in.
I can check my account details in the app same as I saw in my internet banking Account.
But I didn't find other things like profile, existing beneficiary in Fund Transfer & in Third party transfer.
When I click them a message showing Third party Account are not mapped with your profile.

Could you please let me know how can I mapped all the things from my internet banking account to my mobile app.
