I left India last month to stay with my son in California. To transact online (e.g change personal details, issue of draft, add names for Visa money transfer etc., ) I was given a password. This is not working at all. To get confirmation for new additions they send a password to the old mobile. ( I sent mail about surrender of mobile in India and posted tickets on 17th Aug 2008 and on 19th Aug 2008. No reply so far) Just imagine sending a message to the old mobile in India which is already dead, for confirmation of new transactions/adding new mobile number! Ridiculous isn't it? It is going on for the past 15 days. No reply from them. I have to find a new way to pay my Credit card payment. Can somebody help me?
