I have the honor to state that, I am a military pensioner WEF 01.03.1992, and now I am getting the pension amount as 4860/-with DA. But as per my calculations my pension payment should be around 4874+ (45% DA =2194) Rs 7067/-

difference of payment is 2207 permonth wef01/06/2009.
So I am humbly requesting you to look into above said matter.and give me full details of my payments thorough next mail .
attaching the copy of the pension order with highlighted portion .

State Bank of India — Not credited my cheque within 02 months

I have submitted CBI Sursand(Bihar) cheque No. 881524 in SBI AFS Sarsawa(Saharanour) A/C No.[protected] on 04/02/2011 but still not credited in above mentioned A/C.I approached many times to SBI Branch Manager but he is unable to give reply. So I am in financial crisis.

State Bank of India — Pension arrear for 6th pay commision not given

I, krishan kumar dahiya son of late sh. Sardar singh wants to say that my father was taking pension for his service in haryana police and was expired on 26dec,2007 and arrear(6th pay commision) of 24 months between 1 jan2006 to 26dec 2007 is not given to me yet even after passage of around 3 years.

I have met bank official as well number of times but they are not showing any interest in the matter.

I am finally writing this application to you with hoping for a positive response.

I Binaya Nand Thakur retired from IAF in March, 2007 and receiving pension from SBI, Purnea(0159) since April, 2007. My A/C no is [protected].I received my corringendum PPO as per 6th CPC in the month of April, 2010 and same was received by SBI purnea also and they forwarded to you on 25 May, 2010. When after several reminders to pension branch no action was taken they asked for verified photo copy of my PPO which I submitted nad was forwarded to you on 04 Jan, 2011, but so far neither I received my arrears nor the new rate of pension is started. Still I am getting old rate of pension only. I made several complains and even posted a registered letter to you in the month of May, 2011.
Kindly look into the matter urgently and do the needful.

Sir,
I, Binaya Nand Thakur, a defence pensioner since April, 2007 from SBI Purnea(0159). I received my PPO as per 6th CPC in the month of April, 2010 and was also received by my pension branch and forwarded to Chief Manager(CPPC), Judges Court Road, Patna on 25 May, 10. After several months when no action was done, again I submitted verified photo copy of PPO to SBI purnea and was forwarded to Patna on 04 Jan, 11 but so far neither I received my arrears nor new rate of pension. I have given several applications to my pension branch and several mails but no action so far.
Kindly do the needful or advise for future course of action.

My pension is 38807, the bank deducts 2504 and pays 36303, explanation
given is advance tax deducted as per the R BI directives.The deductions
for the months of Jul 11 have been reversed whereas deducted amount for

My bankers State Bank of India, JAGRAON & PANCHKULA were requested by me through my letters dated 30 May 2011, 03 Jun 2011, 09 Jun 2011 faxed to Panchkula AND 25 Jul 2011.to revise my Disability Pension Payment Order No M/DIS/001563/2003 keeping in view increase of disability award from 30% to 50%. Govt Orders No 17(4)/2008(1)/D(Pen/Policy)-Vol-V dated 15 Feb 2011 (Para 9 & 14), Table 4, Principal Controller Defence Accounts Pension Allahabad Circular No 456 dated 18 Mar 2011 Para 4(vii) refers. Payment of 30% of minimum pay for Major as per pay band III plus grade pay, Military service pay as given in table 4 for 50% disability is to be credited from 01 Jan 2006 with subsequent increase in DA from each Jan & Jul from 2006 to 2011.
