[Resolved]  SBI Ppf Account — Online payment or payment at other city

WE DEPOSITED A SUM OF RS.60000/- IN MY PPF A/C NO.4111 WITH SBI, CIVIL LINES, LUDHIANA PUNJAB ON 02/04/08 BUT AFTER THAT CHEUQE CLEAR IN MY A/C ON 03/04/08 BUT BANK WAS ISSUED A RECIEPT WITH A DATE ON 04/05/08 MORE THAN ONE MONTH AFTER MANY VISITS. I APPROCHE HIM BUT NOBODY TAKE THIS PROBLEM.

I have PPF Account And Maturity of our a/c is completed in march 2009. Our account name person is minor at the time of opening A/c So they can say first convert this account to major. I have given all documents that required in Sbi Ichalkaranji Branch where our account. I have given all document 25 days before but he can not convert to major and also say that it requires 6 month. please help.

I have PPF account with SBI in Ratlam. Now i am residing in Gurgaon. There is no such facility to transfer amont in my PPF account through SBI core banking branch.

sIts too cumbersome to deposit amount in PPF account. I know its advisable to transfer the PPF account to current residence's city. But I have been trasferred frequently. So i do not want to transfer the account. SBI tech team shoudl think about such problem of its consumer.

I would like to draw attention to concerned authority of SBI regarding this problem.

I have PPF account with SBI Nehru place New Delhi since 2002 but from two years I have been transferred to Hyderabad so I am unable to submit any money in my account.
During this period the account number is also changed.

Now I want to transfer my account to Hyderabad but bank is unable to trace my account number.

Please try to resolve this problem and send the contact number and new account number and process to transfer the PPF account

As mentioned all complainent that when anybody transfer from one city to another city unanable to deposit their own money in ppf a/c.So i request to you please provide the facility for this situation, because i am transffered from maharastra to uttranchal suffering this problem.

I have PPF A/C in SBI,
on 9.6.08 I have deposited Rs. 25000 .00
on 5.3.09 I have deposited Rs.40000 .00
The interest I have rewcieved on 31.3.09 is 3555 .00
When I have reported above lapses no one listening in SBI branch of connaught place

Yes you can diposit through net banking ... just take the RTGS no in witch you have ppf account and add your net banking

My wife has a PPF A/C in SBI Ambernath branch. Post marriage she has shifted to Ghatkopar. We are finding it a tirical to go Ambernath to deposit the amount. Can i make the Deposit in any other branch of SBI in her Account?
