[Resolved] SBI Railway Card — Not letting me redeem points and have stopped access to my points | |||
i hold a sbi railway card and have been extensively using it since 2006. last year i.e. october 2010 suddenly they blocked my irctc id and i contacted them umpteen times to know as to how i could reactivate it but no proper response. recently i sent them emails asking them to solve my problem but instead of solving or giving any solution, they refunded my annual fees(which was automatically debited from my account) just to wash away their hands from the whole problem. i have plenty of points maybe more than 10000 accumulated till now but am not able to access those at all. this month's statement also i have made around 500 points but have no access to them. PLease help me resolve this issue. SBI being such a reputed organisation seems to be responding in such a way. please help resolve this. regards a.gupta Was this information helpful? | |||
